So I am on week 3 of reta and recently upped my dose. I have had no problems with reta like this before and i only upped it by .3 going from 0.5-0.8. However I currently cannot stomach food and I have diarrhea. The stomach pain is pretty bad but not Unbearable. My heart rate and mental clarity is fine it’s just the stomach issues. I plan to lower my dose again next week since clearly my body cannot handle this one. But in the meantime is there any way i can make it better, like any medication or remedies?
