Hi,

We got sky stream at the beginning of the week and have had very regular issues of the screen either having a freezing picture or going black without sounds for a few seconds before coming back on. It’s connected to the router by a Ethernet cable.

I’ve just changed the hdmi cable from the one that came with it to a new one and so far it seems better.

Is it likely that the hdmi cable will make that much of a difference and fix this? We’re in the cooling off period, I don’t want the problems we’ve had for the last few days for 2 years!
