Late return PSA
I see a lot of posts here about missed return deadlines and return window time frames. I’m terrible for leaving returns until the last minute or forgetting about them entirely, but I hope people know that a lot of companies will still try to help if you explain the situation politely to customer service.
Recently, Shein let me return an item 6 months after the return window and even provided me with a new return label. There have also been times where I forgot to submit the return request before the deadline and they still accommodated me.
I’ve had similar experiences with Amazon, and most recently Dfyne also allowed me to return something months later.
Being kind and transparent with customer service reps really goes a long way and they’ll often try their best to help you out.
