Magic Iceland Travel kept $468 from my family. I contacted the company two days before the excursion because I was concerned about the tendering process and the weather and the gentleman I spoke to said that it is highly unlikely that anything would go wrong. Fast forward to the morning of the excursion, and our port was canceled due to weather. I immediately contacted magic Iceland travel, and was told that they would not refund any of my money. I spoke to many other cruise passengers and every single one of them got refunded from different companies. I just want to spread the word that magic Iceland travel will not give you any sympathy for a missed poor and will keep every penny of your money.
