Help over employment contract
I recently got a job with one of the companies in UAE. While the offer is a little low ball , I am willing to accept it given the current economic impacts due to war situation in middle east
There is an important line in my offer letter which states that if i leave the company during my probation period(6 months) to accept a second offer in UAE, the new employer needs to pay the recruitment costs to my old employer.
I just wanted to check how much of this is followed, and what are these recruitment costs ( is it the visa costs only?) and whether new employer generally accepts this condition or it could be a road blocker moving forward ?
