I’ve been here a little over a year now and I’ve seen some teams with almost extreme amounts of turnover… doesn’t that raise red flags to P&T/HR or leadership?

For those of you that left, were you given the opportunity for an exit interview?

JUST HEARD TODAY THAT A TEAM WAS TOLD THEY’RE GOING REMOTE IN ACADEMY ON MONDAY… can anyone confirm?

There’s been some messaging about “needing to be in cubicles” due to C-suite attention? Is this true across all areas? In this situation it’s coming in response to employees working in focus areas/the Staff Development center instead of their cubes for 8 hours. Also that P&T is tracking and noting if people aren’t “butts in seats”?

Wondering what messaging is being sent elsewhere?

Is anyone experience stable processes/training or is it the Wild West everywhere? Also turn over…, what is everyone preparing for/expecting?
