I recently tried to buy a new phone to replace/update my current model. I logged into my T account, followed all the steps and... hit an error code. I tried 3x and even used a different browser. I finally called the Customer Service # (Dante's 7th Circle of Hell...) and the tech, too, had problems. After a third attempt to enable the purchase, I gave up and told her goodbye. I am now questioning the whole situation... maybe a sign to switch companies (at last)...
