Skin Aqua - Reformulation
The Skin Aqua Tone Up UV Essence used to be one of my holy grail sunscreens (both the violet and the green). It felt nearly weightless on the skin, left a healthy glow, and didn’t sting my eyes.
I just tried out the reformulation (on the right) and I have to say it’s a major downgrade. It leaves a heavy film on my face, even after it dries down, and if I touch my face, the pigment transfers to my hand. It’s incredibly hard to rub in and gets caked on dry patches I didn’t even know I had. It feels more akin to other tone up sunscreens. With the old formula, it felt like more of a very light brightening effect (although I do have a fair skin tone). Has anyone else tried the new formulation?
