So I put liquid wiring tape on his wires cause they were broken. How well does the tape withstand popping them out

The piece is missing btw does anyone know how to fix it? My buzz will die in space if his helmet is not fully closed

When i was 12 we saw toy story 4 and I stomped on his head because that scene made me laugh when woody blew into his nose to reinflate. I feel bad about what I did back then is there any way we can help woody out and get his hat on for good. He's signature collection woody
