What Type of Rice at Sakura?

I am trying to increase the fiber in my diet and have read that brown rice has more fiber than white rice.
Which type of rice do they serve at Sakura Hibachi Express?

Silver Greatsword is Lightweight

I'm playing an illusion mage I call the "Peacemaker" build. She uses the Calm spell to avoid fighting men, mer, and beasts but has an enchanted Greatsword for fighting Undead, Daedra, and Automatons. Inspired by Vigilants of Stendarr and an adherent to The Way of The Voice.
As a mage she does not have much stamina for power attacks, so a Silver Greatsword is a good choice. The stamina cost of a standing power attack is about 20% less with a Silver Greatsword compared to Elven. I'm also planning to use an Absorb Stamina enchantment to allow more power attacks when fighting hordes of undead.

I might use Banish Daedra to defeat creatures from Oblivion, and I think Dwemer Automatons will be the biggest challenge for this character.

Lower Difficulty with Worse Equipment

I'm currently playing a no magic Nord, which means no enchanting but I'll use enchanted armor that I buy from shops. It's tedious to find each piece with exactly the right armor material and enchantment. Looking for the following, which I will smith up to (Legendary):
Steel Helmet of (Major) Archery
Steel Gauntlets of (Major) Sure Grip
Steel Armor of (Major) Health
Steel Boots of Dwindling Flames
Necklace of Dwindling Shock
Ring of (Major) Sure Grip
Nord Hero Warhammer

I'm playing on master difficulty and I've got some enchanted items that get me close to this "ideal" set, but I've started to think "why?"
Why get the "best-in-slot" armor just to play on a higher difficulty, when you could use "worst-in-slot" armor while playing a lower difficulty and have basically the same gaming experience? Since the difficulty system is based on reducing your damage output while increasing that of your enemies, you could just not improve your armor rating by smithing and not improve your damage output with enchantments, thereby making combat more difficult without actually raising the difficulty setting.

In other playthroughs I've made incredibly strong enchanted/smithed armor and turned the difficulty up to legendary. I just realized these 2 actions essentially cancel each other out. I want my no magic Nord to use equipment that's appropriate to immersive roleplaying on survival mode, rather than getting the best armor just to turn up the difficulty setting.

King vs Dictator

Is a first-generation king the same thing as a dictator? Is the firstborn son of a dictator the same as a prince by birthright?
If not, what is the difference?

Do NPCs Claim that Ulfric Cheated When Dueling Torygg?

Are there any characters in the game who claim that Ulfric's use of the Thu'um was cheating/unfair during his duel with Torygg?
Are there any NPCs, books, monuments, etc. in the game that describe what is and isn't fair in an "Old Nord Way" duel?

EDIT: I am looking for sources in the game.
