Diaper check

New here. I have a 5yo that had CMPA she outgrew by 2yo. My 14day old newborn took this massive, very mucosy poop today and I feel destined to be dairy free again. I have been cheese and milk free since 2 weeks before birth. Only dairy ingestion in that time is baked in and butter. I am soy free. What do we think - normal newborn or MSPI? Baby is maybe somewhat fussy but since my first was Hella fussy till I figured it out I dont know what a normal level of "fussy" is. Thoughts?

Of note. Pediatrician seems to think CMPA / MSPI is massively over diagnosed and kinda doesnt buy it. Is there any way to pay out of pocket to test for trace blood in stool?

Ive had these for 6 years with zero issues. All of a sudden they look like this. What is happening? How can I fix it?
