2019 Q7 oil consumption question. Oil changed and 1100 miles in got add a quart message. Has an N428 valve replacement recommended for the P164E00 error being static. My mechanic quoted $800 for replacement. In NA, Kentucky. Fair price? Is this a common solution for this 3.0 Supercharged engine?
