If a stock is removed by fidelity as part of a thematic model, what happens to the stocks already bought through the basket in my brokerage account? How do i know i need to sell those?

I kindly request the team to answer accurately and not give me a link to basket portfolio faqs as I checked and the answer is not there.

Above qs. Not for baskets that I create or customize.
If I just choose a theme and create a basket off it - then how do i know if the basket im using is up-to-date with what is going on.

A company may do poorly and if so do we remove them?
A new company doing great - will it be added?
