After being unsuccessful in the London Marathon ballot I am looking for a flat, fast course that has fairly good odds of ideal temperature and low wind (where I live is incredibly windy) and is happening in Spring time!

Considering Rotterdam, Vienna, Barcelona but would like any opinions! Seville and Copenhagen are no longer available. Would like to PB!
