Looking for a social media and meta ads strategist for an early stage d2c activewear brand

Hey folks,

My partner is building an early-stage D2C brand in the activewear and lifestyle space.

She’s looking for someone to help manage social media and Meta ads from the ground up.

This is not a pure content creator or videographer role. The focus is more on planning, execution, running ads, and keeping things consistent.

The role is remote, but the person should be based in or near Chennai since there will be a monthly in-person meet / shoot planning session.

The work will include:

  1. Planning weekly and monthly content

  2. Managing Instagram posting

  3. Creating simple reels, carousels, posts, and stories using Canva / CapCut / AI tools

  4. Running Meta ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook

  5. Tracking what content and ads are working

  6. Helping plan what needs to be captured during shoots

  7. Basic community engagement and influencer outreach

She’s looking for someone with:

  1. Prior Meta ads experience

  2. Comfort with Meta Ads Manager

  3. Good understanding of Instagram

  4. Basic Canva / CapCut skills

  5. A good eye for fashion, lifestyle, layout, and aesthetics

  6. Reliability and ownership

This is a paid part-time / freelance role.

Budget is around ₹25k/month, with scope for incentives as the brand grows.

Time commitment is roughly 10–15 hours a week.

Please DM me with any relevant pages, brands, ads, posts, reels, or calendars you’ve worked on.

Intent, taste, reliability, and ownership matter more than years of experience.

Follow up from my earlier post.

I've been testing this out with 2 large D2C brands in Asia that have a very high SKU volume. Some of the teams involved have brought in amazing insights into the funnel too. I added in a giant learning moodboard of poses, backdrops and actions that will make sure every SKU has it's own photoshoot elements crafted while being on-brand. So image prompts get crafted based on what's ideal for the SKU, then the images are generated on image models with a select gallery of model faces in place, product accuracy is checked on each image with AI QC and then these images become the base for the meta reel as well. This can be changed but most brands want to have consistency with the video and stills on PDP.

I think it's definitely ready for more brands now. Feel free to DM and reach out :) Would love more feedback and ideas on this too.

I’m looking to speak with ecomm founders and brand teams with large catalogues. Especially if your bottleneck is production, not ideas.

I built an agent on Foosh that turns a brands existing product photos into short showreels for Meta ads and PDP breakers. I've set it up for brands across categories clothing, bags and eyewear. Would love to jam and understand how to make this work for you :) DMs are open. Lmk.
