First time posting in reddit, a homemade dish of minced meat (I used a blend of chicken + beef mostly) and soft tofu, cooked in a sauce consists of Doubanjiang, sautéed minced garlic, sichuan pepper, dried chillies, and ginger, soy sauce, sugar, stock, and a bit of starch slurry as a thickener 😋.
