I'm viet kieu that has been slowly relearning the language, I do take part in language exchange but i'm always looking for more people to connect with to text/speak/practice vietnamese with especially in a casual way. I am around a B1 level but my speaking does need to catch up

Was curious if anyone has good resources to connect with others? I would happily speak with anyone regardless of your vietnamese level or if any native speakers would like to practice english that is fine for me too. I can do voice notes, calls or text as any form of practice would be great for me! Respectful platonic chats as I am happily taken and would prefer those closer to my age

I'm always trying to learn something new so my focus has been studying a couple languages and drawing. If i'm not at the movie theatres I'm usually baking, reading (working through a book club and a classic read) writing poetry or journaling. Would love to exchange recommendations for novels, films and recipes and just learning new things would be fun.

I love hearing about other people's hobbies and passions if you have something you can talk about forever let's hear it! As for me I've been trying to be more active and get outdoors. I'm getting back into reading a lot more and always cooking/baking something new. I like to practice a lot of creative things and deep dive into youtube.
