MPP start date

So I recently got my offer letter from ANU for the MPP program starting semester 2 of 2026 and I'm really excited to attending but I'm really confused about what day my course actually starts. In my offer letter it says the program start date is 12th June which is right around the corner but on the official ANU calendar orientation begins on 20th July. There's over a month of difference between these two dates and I am really confused about what date I need to keep in mind when arranging my travel and accommodation. If anyone can help me out with this I will be really grateful

This might be an unpopular opinion but the more I watch the show the more I realise how much Nolan irritates me. He stays true to his ideals and I really respect that about him, but sometimes, I don't know what adjective to use except foolhardy. At multiple points he call witnesses to the stand that he knows face some danger or the other if they testify. Why the encourages them to testify (as he should) he rarely if ever offers any remedy to their problems and then acts personally injured if they choose not to testify.

For example in S24 E7, one of the witnesses explicitly tell him that if she testify her admission from the university will be revolved and she will be deported, yet he makes absolutely zero efforts to negotiate with the university or find alternate solutions and compels her to testify, as a result she is deported. And then in S24 E14 when Shaw's friend faces dishonourable discharge from the army and risks him going down a dark path again, Nolan does absolutely nothing to even try to offer a solution. I get that he perhaps would not have been able to convince the army not to discharge him, but he doesn't even try to brainstorm about how to have protect his witnesses and then acts so personally offended when the witness runs away. These are only 2 examples from the top of my head but I have been irked by this a few more times. Again granted that it comes from a very deep sense of justice for him but my main issue is that he has such a singular focus on getting justice for the victim that he has no qualms in ruining other's lives in the process.
