hi everyone i went up from 75mg to 150mg. i've been on this new dose for around a week and a half but i've been having really bad reactions such as constant crying and an increase in depression and anxiety. i'm back on 75 today and i still feel terrible. does anyone know how long it'll take for me to start to feel normal again because i'm finding it really hard. thank you x

i really want to create music like cece natalie. i've made a couple of demos (unreleased so not promoting) and, was wondering if anyone with production knowledge or a good ear would be able to tell me how to improve them. i know this isn't the right setting but i don't have any real life friends who would understand what i'm trying to go for x
