Tips on how to do Diaphragmatic Breathing with low CO2 tolerance

I’ve already posted here twice I think and,the last time,I asked about some tips on Box Breathing with low CO2 tolerance, but does anyone have some tips on how to do Diaphragmatic Breathing with low CO2 tolerance and correctly? I am trying to work on the CO2 stuff already, but in the meanwhile,I still need some tips on DB

Tips on how to inhale slower and calmer during Box Breathing

So I’ve already made a post asking for some tips about Box Breathing since I want to raise my CO2 tolerance so I can do Diaphragmatic Breathing eaiser too, anyways holding after inhaling or exhaling isn’t a problem, but inhaling slowly again is.I know it’s air hunger that’s caused by the low CO2 tolerance, the very issue I’m trying to fix with Box Breathing.

When I started doing it I started with 4 - 4 - 4 - 4 but after I realised the actual correct way I should do it I stepped down to 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 .After I realised that I was sometimes mostly inhaling quick,I even stepped down to 2 second inhale, hold, exhale and hold but it made things even harder so I came back to 3 seconds again.

My question is,is there a way or a method I could use to somehow inhale slower and calmer?

Is Box Breathing a good way to start with making my Co2 tolerance higher?

Ok so a few weeks ago I started with Diaphragmatic breathing because I heard it can fix some postural problems I have. Also, yesterday I tried to do a breathing exercise for flared ribs but since my Co2 tolerance level is genuinely low,I can’t really inhale or exhale calmly without starting to feel air hunger.I figured out if I wan’t to fix those other problems,I must first raise my Co2 tolerance level. So,is Box Breathing a good start? And how long will it take for me to see some results? Like being able to inhale and exhale much calmer than before? I know stuff can’t happen overnight but just wanna know.

I can’t tell whether I’m acutally breathing witth my nose when practicing Diaphragmatic Breathing

I already posted here before, but the problem I have now is in the title.I can’t tell whether I’m actually inhaling with my nose or am I somehow using my neck muscles or upper chest to inhale.I looked around on the internet to figure it out,but am still confused.

I genuenly can’t do Diaphragmatic Breathing

I started doing Diaphragmatic breathing while lying down a week ago since I’ve been breathing with my upper chest my whole life + I have a deppressed ribcage and somebody told me I should try it,turns out it was harder than I thought. When i inhale,I eventually come to the point where I feel like inhaling more though I would need to use my upper chest to do so while the goal is both for my stomach and chest to move at the same time.So i exhale trough the mouth slowly, and at the midway I start feeling like suffocating,I get a strong urge to quickly inhale.I somehow exhale, but when I start inhaling again it’s like i need more and more air and It becomes imppossible to inhale fully without using my upper chest.I try to exhale again and I just start twitching and kinda shaking as I try to exhale slowly. After the 3rd time it becomes genuinrly impposible to do so anymore and I give up and try again later.

My question is,what the hell do I do? I can’t inhale normaly nor can I exhale normally? I really wanna do this
