evolt body scan vs inbody scan?
jst wanted to share my experience and if you guys experiencing the same (PS beginner 🙏🏻)
started working out this year and try to take scans to sort of track myself
when i take my inbody scan my body fat is around 31.3% on 28 April and i jst change gym then i tried the evolt body scan that my current gym have on 1 May and it’s 25.1% 💀💀💀
cannot be in 3-4 day time i drop 6% fat right 😂
the muscle mass stats also increased +2.4kg 😂
just wondering if you guys feel the same regarding the scans? that the difference are quite huge….
and i guess now i’ll “track” based on the evolt scan for now since i’ll be able to assess it regularly
