I don’t really hear this album talked about as much as his other great albums. But I honestly think this might be my favorite album by him.

Got Lyme almost 15 years ago. Fortunately all I’ve had to deal with is joint issues (stiffness, redness, pain, etc)

Something I’ve noticed for years that I’ve never asked anyone about is this. First off, I bite my fingernails. I know it’s gross but it’s relevant. Every once in a while I will bite a little too much and I will damage my nail/nailbed, it’ll be painful, bleeding etc.

What I’ve noticed is that when this happens. I get a flare up in the hand that has the finger which has been hurt. Every time.

I haven’t had many joint problems lately but today I bit my fingernail too much, and now bam, the joints in my right hand are stiff and it’s painful.

Anyone know the science behind this? Honestly just curious. Thanks

Also, while I’m here. When I first got diagnosed with Lyme, I had a doctor tell me I also had rheumatoid arthritis. Then I had a Lyme specialist tell me that that’s not the case. Can anyone give me some information on joint issues when it comes to Lyme? WTF is happening to my body?
