Lost my keys, kinda at the stage where I think I should start looking to replace them. Any suggestions on who can replace/program a key fob for a 2017 Nissan Sentra

I've been dealing with fire ants, figured that's common in West TX. But I noticed a bunch of wings outside and in our neighborhood. Tiny little worms following each other. I squashed a good amount of the ones I saw. This was the first time I seen them and Googled them. Said there were mites trying to mate. What should I do? I want to look into pest control but not sure if it's in my budget. What could I do or does anyone have a company they prefer.
