so i watch yt vids of ppl pulling on banners (on multiple accounts even) and ive heard so many of them say "I always get ______'s card when I choose so and so on this account" and then, without fail, they do that and end up getting the card they want. this is for multibanners only btw lol. ive even seen this in comments under banner pull posts on reddit too so im thinking... what if every account really has a thing where if u choose certain LI you get a certain LI. for me, the pattern im seeing is that when i choose sylus and zayne, regardless of the third choice, i get zayne. Its hard to tell right now because i just choose according to what cards i like and ive never deliberately chosen sylus to get zayne lol. im just now seeing this pattern or maybe its not a pattern at all, only time will tell.

i see so many caleb mains are disappointed with the choice of the movie 'UP' being used as the main theme for caleb's card and RIGHTFULLY SO. Like we all want the best for our mains right lol? caleb might not be my main but he is my second favourite and i personally loveee his card from the looks of the trailer despite the huge gap in the movie themes bw him and the other LIs. but i just wanna say that if the card is good, who cares what the inspiration movie was?
From the looks of it, his card is perfectly in-theme with his character and CalebMC's dynamics and its very prominent w it. even more than the other LIs' imo. With the balloons *flying* in the *air* and the *sky* imagery (the most obvious ones), and Ellie and Carl being childhood friends in the movie. although the main premise of the movie isnt the romantic dynamics between the two characters, his love for Ellie IS the main motivator for Carl even if she is not there and i feel that ghost mc is the "visual" embodiment of that.
I think its very obvious that caleb's themes all around have a lot of child-like and nostalgic energy and imagery. All of their "Remember when..." moments and Caleb's want to recreate that same comfortable, safe presence for MC that was there before he "changed" so things can feel "normal" for a bit. It is very much reciprocated by MC too. The amusement park fun and the train ride in Caleb's Lucid Dream myth, the train and sky in his wedding card, the paper planes. even MC's outfits for Caleb have these tiny details like having more coverage than the other LIs' MCs, the "young girl" hairstyles and there's a lot more I am for sure missing but POINT IS- i think it perfectly makes sense that they chose a kid's movie as inspo for the meimeis that yearn for that safe nostalgic feeling within Caleb and this really stands out from the rest of the cards. The theme for this banner is movies so it couldve been anything but i hope all the caleb girlies get the PROPER regency and old-timey plot they yearn for as a theme for a banner another time.
