Ginny is better than Female Malfoy for Harry

I can understand preferring Female Malfoy from a story perspective, but I don't think she is really better when you examine Harry's real interests.

Harry grew up abused and without love, he needs a loving family that can make him feel included and protected. Ginny and the Weasleys offer him that kind of unconditional love, Ginny is warm to him.

The kind of Tsundere love Malfoy would offer Harry doesn't really allign well with how much he has already endured. Why would he need a sassy girlfriend that likes to make depreciative jokes about him? What about in ten or twenty years, would she be a distant wife? What about having Death Eathers as his in-laws? People that were partially responsible for killing Harry's own family? I can see that narratively Malfoy makes much more sense to the audience and it makes a more compelling story, but I was Harry I would stick with Ginny, he needs a loving family.

It would be like Naruto ditching Hinata for Sakura, but much worse, in a way, because Sakura had a neutral background while Malfoy and her family were outright hostile to homicidal towards Harry.

Aside from Great Houses, who was the best match for Joffrey? [Spoilers MAIN]

Assuming Joffrey was to get a match from an important minor house, which match should be chosen for him?

I would argue that Desmera Redwyne would be the most valuablematch, maybe even more valuable than Sansa when you think about it fully.

Discouting the discovery of the Twincest, the greatest threats to the King's Peace were the Ironborn, the Dothraki/Targs and the Others. The Starks don't have the navy to deal with the first two and they will have to fight the Other's regardless of the Crown's orders.

The Redwynes have a fleet which could be able to defeat both a Second Ironborn rebellion as well as a Dothraki invasion.

And when you think about the impeding Other invasion and how it would devastate the North, well the Redwynes have a powerbase very far from that shishot and are rich enough to help the Crown in a moment of need.

PS: Marg would be the best match at all, but I'm talking about minor houses only.

What happens after Russia takes Donetsk?

The way I see, it can take even as long as one year or more, but the trend is very clear: Russia will probably manage to take the Donetsk oblast completely.

This achieves their minimal goal of capturing the Donbass region.

What do you think they will do by then? It looks reasonable to assume they would've made big progress in Zapo oblast too by them and that Zaporozhia city would be very close to the frontline if not taken, but this doesn't ends the war either.

It was a slugfest jut to get to where they are now, I can't see the Russians hoping to take all of Eastern Ukraine at this pace in at least more 4 to 5 years.

Do you guys think Putin would agree to a line of contact ceasefire if he has all of Donetsk plus maybe all of Zaporozhia east of the Dnieper?

Could the loss of more territory lead to the much antecipated frontline collapse of Ukraine? I struggle to see how could Russia even capitalize on this with drones making mechanized attacks too dangerous.

On the other hand, losing Donetsk exposes Dnipro oblast and the rear of Kharkov oblast to further Russian advances, which could make Ukraine more amenable to some Russian neutrality demands even without a collapse for fear of losing even more land.

The sunken cost fallacy of having broken that many bridges with the West, the economic inertia of simply continuing a war the country is already adapted to fight and the political cost of presenting a mutilated victory to the Russian public that keeps Ukraine fully sovereign and with most of their lands beyond Donbass and the landbridge could also make Russia keep the war until they could get a more decisive victory.

After all, if Donestsk could be taken, what to say of Sumy, Kharkov and Dnipro, which don't have that many fortifications to speak of?

On the other hand, if those fortifications are such a big deal, then why won't Russia try to advance in other areas like Sumy and Chernigov now in a way that maybe forces Ukraine to divert troops? They have made limited advances in Sumy, but its fair to say Russia is placing most of its offensive potential in Donbass, which is counterintuitive if the Russian objetive is not in fact to get Donbass and make a phyric victory ceasefire out of exaustation.

A Russia that wants to gobble all Ukraine east of the Dnieper would've made more concentrated advances in Kharkov, Sumy and Chernigov in the hopes of destabilizing the frontline. Trying to concentrate in fortified Donbass looks to me like Russia just wants to reach the finish line and achieve a cope victory.
