Is Credit Advisor a good career path?

Is Credit a better career path, I’d be starting my position there soon, or should I stick with Cards as I saw there are some openings for Cards Servicing Specialist?

For context, Credit Advisor is GG10 (I was given $51k to begin with, without the bonuses etc ..) and Cards Servicing Specialist is GG09

Any insight would be appreciated, for context, I will be transferred to Credit from SSG Bilingual in a month or so, and my manager doesn’t even know how they operate.

I’ve seen that the pay is GG10, but it doesn’t describe much, what would be the approximate? I also heard from fellow employees that it is VERY sales targeted which I don’t mind, and honestly micro-managing is something that I will be expecting, as they are already doing it in SSG Bilingual for the new Agent Assist AI tool.

So basically, what do you guys really do at Credit? job description was read and I’d love to discover any personal or familiar experiences!
