A solution that would really help shopping addiction

I keep buying stuff I don't need, regretting it a week later, and then doing it again. Decided to actually build something about it instead of just complaining — working name is Shtop It. Problem is I don't want to guess my way into features that don't matter.

What's your version of this? What's the moment right before a bad purchase and what would've actually interrupted it? Curious if it's more about time, money visibility, guilt, or just not having the option in front of you in the first place.

Would rather build the smaller, right thing than a bloated app that helps nobody. Looking for a genuine insight and discussion. DM if you feel like we can help people here.

Community app like Ravelry?

I love reditt and this subreditt community is by far the biggest wood worker's community I have ever seen. I just have a question though, other day when I was looking at Ravelry, which my wife can't stop talking about, I wondered if there's anything like that for wood workers?

My first book shelf / reading nook

My wife was asking for a cozy little reading space and we had an empty wall so decided to give it a make over. Few floating shelves made from 6x8 lumber which was sanded, stained and sealed over 2 weekend.

What do you guys think?
