Became an unintentional collector lol. This came into work today, I work at a hazardous waste facility and the lady that brought them in said they where her dads who worked internationally. They range from 40s-90s. Has to be 1000+. A lot from Japan from what I can see on just the top layer. What should I be looking for?

Got it for .50c for a random beater because I thought it was unique. I got home and looked at the back and noticed a bunch of random bands/musicians and such. I assume just a mid, but I can’t find a single thing about it on google.
