"I inherited 850k and will write you a check" Why do whales with 15k tokens in their balance do this? 🙄
Hey everyone, just needed to share a ridiculous interaction I had on Stripchat last night.
A user in my PMs (Royale level, with around 15k tokens sitting right there in his account balance) started off by tipping a small item from my tip menu. But right after that, he started bragging about how he recently inherited 850k and "doesn't even know what to do with all that money". He went on about how generous he is, mentioning that he already donated money to a children's hospital and tipped so many goals in the past. Then he straight up told me: "If you ever need money, hit me up and I'll write you a check. But not on here, because the site takes a fee, right?"
I immediately told him: "Only via tokens on the site for mutual safety."
And guess what? As soon as I set that boundary and redirected him to my dream goal / tip goals, he suddenly remembered he "had to go to sleep early for work tomorrow" and left. 💀
It's just so frustrating because he literally HAD 15k tokens right on his balance. He had the high level. He had the money to support if he actually wanted to. But instead of continuing to tip on-site, he used his profile status and fake promises of off-platform checks to try and get free attention / private chats.
Girls, please don't let high levels or massive token balances blind you! Going off-platform or accepting outside payments (like checks/transfers) is not only a common scam, but it can also easily get your account permanently banned and your hard-earned payouts frozen.
Not today, freeloaders! Always keep your boundaries firm and stay safe on the platform. 💖
