Hello guys,

Could someone please explain this?

When I first bought the phone, I bought it under the expression of it being Non PTA. I thought I would get it approved later on. As you can see in the first picture, I got it the same way: “No sim restrictions." It's been about almost 2 weeks since I've bought this and when I went ahead in the settings, this time it was written carrier lock. Does this mean this phone is JV? Or is it some other issue?

Also, this is what comes up when I put in my IMEI number to verify it online. Could someone please explain whatever the issue is?

Ps: when I got the phone it was not updated to IOS 26.6.
