frontier Employee review

"Frontier" communications So, to begin...I have tons of cons & complaints with this job. First, all jobs do background check first, so a person can start as soon as possible....this job no. 2ndly, they're so big on teaching sales & the business system they dont teach how to sign in & out, where, & how, as well as when. Same with the schedule. Im just learning after 1st week only at halfway kinda of 2 weeks, barley. Again mid way beginning week of 2nd week. Next, It's told that we get paid to learn vs not in college, but how if we dont clock in until at the assigned given location site for the day. We go to office meeting for an hour or hour & half....something like that but dont clock in...so then we dont get paid for that as mentioned....can you say scam/rip off or hidden agenda. After that, I dont like how someone else can take your sake working with them, especially if they're higher up than you. Thirdly, I don't like how it can be mix ups on which location your suppose to go to, especially with economy traveling wise. Also, not being able to start once at assigned location sometimes. I must say, I get the whole meeting lesson college type of before work....reasoning, but usually you get a whole 2 weeks at a college before being tested to meet the qualification of the material....in the situation it's for a job verification instead. Ive only got 1 week & a half to know so. If I was a manager I would never send a person home the same day making a mistake, instead say take off the next day...if that person came all the way there...again like you don't see the economy? Even if it wasn't bad...that's someonea time & money...I see why they hire weekly & you never see the same people or not enough or many people who stay more than 2 to 3 weeks. I mean, beyond a employee but as a customer. Ive had this job opportunity years ago twice. At that time frame it was only commission. I feel like for this job you get paid $10 hourly & I get more talk to customers in a day that beats my total pay. I usually get 300 & of course I can do more at least 350, only due to my disability. Even with a disability, I've trained others and lead others as a team lead, regardless... being told I've overcome...and do good regardless...Ive always meet my goals & get my job done at all jobs regardless of my disability. Thankfully, this is not my final body, I've had 3 rapture dreams Jesus is coming soon! WOOT WOOT ! Lastly, just like most jobs they care more about $ vs the actual employee to be honest...Ive learned to limit my bathroom breaks and its still not enough. Ive dealt with discrimination like no other....this one isn't the worse, not by a chance. Im use to it. I must end review by also saying that you don't need to know the entire pitch to sale, but I 100% get it.....Out of all people talked to you do like half the pitch...Anyways, I feel like if everyone makes a mistake on the pitch why do only one person get sent home vs why not just take the next day off, since you did come all the way to actally work vs just studying, meeting, testing, then being evaluated. Ive literally, only worked only 3 to 4 days in store maybe 5 days, but not more.....I feel too that 2 to 3 times a week to a meeting is needed vs every day minus weekend, esp if not being paid. A lot if jobs get travel reimbursements..not here...esp if you take lyft for ex.....Another thing most jobs give both or just commissions together, vs not if one is bigger than the other that's which you get. I believe like other commission jobs you get both or it's just commission. For ex Walgreens cosmetics, tons out there job wise.
