On a scale from The Shaggs to Queen....?
Queen is a band where every single member are proficient at their respective main instruments(or role, for the pendants out there), and most are even good at others, so perfect proficiency. The Shaggs had 4 members, where none of them are proficient, so no proficiency. RHCP have 3/4 proficiency, Mötley crüe had 2/4 with Mick Mars and Tommy Lee. Any other examples of perfect, low or mid proficiency?
