Attorney Response Time Question

I’ve had this attorney for about two months now and ever since I dropped off the $2000 fee responses have gotten very slow. For about a month now I’ve been waiting solely on a them to send me a form so I can sign it and bring it in for them. The first time I had to add some creditors that weren’t on there and he said it wouldn’t be a problem. I proceeded to send the creditors and then had to send 4 separate emails over 13 business days to get the updated list which ended up being wrong. I immediately told him it was wrong and listed the creditors that needed to be added. It’s now been another 7 business days and I had to send another reminder email to which I haven’t got a response yet. In the last 21 business days I’ve gotten one email back and it was around two sentences with the incorrect form sent. Is this normal? I understand they may be busy but I have debts that are being sent to debt collectors and I’m so stressed about these wait times when I’m not even filed yet.

Steve Blum Signed Print (FS)

Sharing but also looking to see if anyone would be interested in this print I had signed a while back. This was one of two pieces I had signed and frankly am needing the funds right now and offloading a lot of stuff. Live in western Massachusetts willing to drive a bit! Thanks again at the least glad to share this piece.

Minnie Mouse misprint

I feel like these are pretty common but still out of curiosity is anyone familiar with the misprints and know of people paying premiums in a card such as this? Thanks!

I’m 23 years old living in my parents home with the assets I have being around $5k in a shit load of sports cards and my car that I don’t have any equity on (20k left in payments and car valued at around 20k). Addiction is real and it started for me with sports/trading cards. Ran up over $60k of credit card debt opening boxes of cards in person and online in whatnot(the most predatory app created ever!). Finally I’m well over 90 days from any credit card purchases and am looking to file chapter 7. I genuinely do not have the $2k to file with an attorney and I’m looking to file with upsolve pro se. Only thing I’m concerned about is I’ve been selling some of the sports cards I opened from my credit card purchases to keep up with other bills. I’m in Massachusetts and Upsolve appears to let me file just wondering if there’s anything else I should gather or be worried about? I’m worried about how gambling is viewed in court with the million transactions I’ve had over the past year to sportsbooks. Never profited overall but I’m not sure if that matters for income and I didn’t see or put any of those transactions into upsolve.
