JCPenney/US Vision
JCPenney Optical has recently closed and I have an outstanding order for glasses. My exam and order were on March 28, and I still don't have them. I was given a phone number and email for US Vision. I tried to cancel my JCPenney order with them and receive a refund, but US Vision said they are not currently issuing refunds. The glasses won't be sent for another three weeks. I will never again buy glasses from an optical center that is affiliated with US Vision!
