Just started happening now. Maybe it's not lubed enough??

Was wondering if anyone knew what the issue could possibly be with this? The only time I've ever had to interact with the hotend was to take it apart to remove some snapped wood filament that got stuck inside just above the nozzle. Contacted Anycubic support but they still haven't gotten back to me,so I thought I'd see if anyone here knew what the issue was and any possible solutions (and yes I unplugged the NTC cable and plugged it back in again like the wiki said)
