I (20M) am going into my second year at music school and I have recently developed urge incontinence and light fecal incontinence from complications with thyroid disease. I have started to wear diapers since the other options that the doctor gave me just weren’t going to work for me. He said that it would calm down once my thyroid cooperates (I hope in 6 months or so).

Since I am a musician, I have to drink lots of water and pee a lot. I currently am wearing Tena Slip Activefit Ultima diapers during the day, but they tend to get saggy and noticable by the 3rd or 4th hour.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting throught this transition? I really hope to not be outed in an embarrassing way.
