Apple Ultra 3 Heart App Issue

My Ultra 3 is doing something funny and not sure if something wrong with it or what. When I click on the heart app on the watch it shows my heart beating at a normal rate most of the time. However, when I switch from heart app to the ECG app, a decent amount of the time it shows a fast heart rate. When I close ECG app and go back to heart app the heart rate is fine most of the time. A few times the heart app shows fast heart rate when I switch from ECG app. I have been diagnosed with Afib occurring 10% of the time. Also, my ultra 3 watch rarely alerts me that I’m having Afib. Does this sound like something is wrong with my watch?

Doesn’t understand about my Afib

There is something I don’t understand about my Afib. I was officially diagnosed with Afib last year when I was in ICU from heat stroke. I was put on 2 metoprolol but nothing else and the cardiologist said I didn’t have a high enough score to go on a blood thinner. They also referred me to a cardiologist to see. That cardiologist has kept me on the 2 metoprolol and is suggesting 50mg of flecinide 2 times a day since my heart monitor shows I’m in Afib 10 percent of the time. He also suggested I see an electrophysiologist. It’s been a year since I first saw him and I asked his nurse the other day if I needed a blood thinner and she said I wasnt high enough risk to be on one. I have read that 10 percent of time in Afib is moderate Afib. What I don’t understand is why am I not high enough risk to be on a blood thinner?

Afib after treatment

I’m having usually 2 to 3 Afib episodes a day for 10 minutes to an hour at a time. I had 3 RCHOP treatments and a month of radiation to treat DLBCL. I didn’t have Afib until treatment. Has anyone else developed Afib after a similar treatment? If so what did you do about it?

Should I consider a PF ablation

I have had Afib episodes for about a year now. I have an Apple Watch that monitors my heart and the Afib episodes last anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes typically and I have about 3 to 5 of the episodes a day. I was wondering if I should consider a PF ablation?

Personal Loan Debt

I have a personal loan that is already on hardship status that I’m using a debt consolidation company to make payments to. I’m running into additional hardships. I have always paid my bills on time and I’m 51 years old. I have around a 740 credit score. If I’m not able to make payments on that loan but am able to make payments on everything else, home, car, several credit cards, then what will happen to me and my credit score?

Afib adding medication

I had a chemo port removed and the tube broke off and went into my heart and had to have 2 heart catheters surgeries to get it out. Ever since the I have had sporadic Afib. I was put on 2 metoprolol a day and my Apple Watch was hardly ever showing high rates and Afib, so I went to one metoprolol. Recently, I have had higher heart rate incidents and more Afib incidents so I went back to 2 metoprolol. The incidents have come down to maybe 2 or 3 a day for about 15 minutes a time. I contacted my doctor about this and he is suggesting I add on flecainide. What does everyone think about this medication and your experiences with it. I am overweight and going to have a sleep study done soon so if it shows sleep apnea my doctor said that if can control sleep apnea, it might get rid of my sporadic Afib. Just wanted to get thoughts from people who had to take flecainide.

Sba loan default

My business has 2 SBA Loans 7(a)that have gone into default for about 99k. They are currently being sent to the SBA. The bank said they aren’t going to try to get anything because there is really no assets to get. They said it was the kind of loan that only can get assets of the business. I would like to try to modify the loan but even with the SBA I read they will only do that for 36 months, is that correct? I read there are usually personal guarantees with SBA loans but the bank said they can only come after business assets, can that be the case? If I can’t pay and it is sent to Treasury what am I looking at? I live on ss disability and help from family. Could the Treasury take 15% of all my income, just certain parts of my income, or none of my income? What would be the long term effects of all of this?

SBA Loan Demand Letter

My business received a SBA Loan demand letter saying I had 10 days to respond. I am trying to get in touch with the bank but not sure how I should proceed. I would like to save the business but cash flow right now can’t support the current payments. I read that loan modifications can be made with SBA loans, is that true? Right now the SBA loans are about 100k so I would need it modified to about another 30 years with the hope the business can pay it back sooner. Wanted to see what the thoughts are on how I should handle this?

Atrial fibrillation advice

I am having atrial fibrillation about 10 percent of the time with my last heart monitor evaluation which was about a year ago.  I didn’t have atrial fibrillation until I had chemotherapy and they had to remove the port because of malfunction.  When they went to remove the port, the tube broke off and went into my heart.  They had to do 2 heart catheter surgeries to be able to remove the tube.  I am on metroprol.  My questions are, with 10 percent of the time having atrial fibrillation, is the atrial fibrillation much of a danger?  Would it be better to try to control it with medication or ablation?
