I replaced the batteries in one of my shades and afterwards it wasn’t responding to the remote

I’ve tried all the YouTube tutorials to try and reconnect the shade to the remote, but not having any luck

I’m a renter, so I’m not exactly sure model - I believe power view with pebble remote. I’ve attached a picture of the power button in case that’s helpful

Any and all suggestions welcome!
