Need assistance with Nantucket ultraglide cord (2012)

Greetings,

I have some manufactured in 2012. Nantucket, ultraglide with a pull cord. The one where pull straight down to go up and at a 45 degree angle to go down. One of them locked up today. It's rolled up and won't go down.

I found this manual that shows the installation of a clutch assembly, but there is no information about how to disassemble one from the shade. There are no screws. The part of the assembly that connects to the front panel that hides the roll almost seems like its glued or something. I shows no sign of being able to separate.

Anyone have any information on how to take this apart? I want to see what has happened inside the clutch. I'm a little dismayed by this comment in the above manual:

Silhouette® and Nantucket™ Ultraglide® with cord and standard headrail (manufactured between 2003 and April 2014) are no longer eligible for repair service. Internal parts are unavailable, and repair conversion services are not offered for these models.

Shutters installers

I ordered some Hunter Douglas window shutters, and they came out beforehand to measure everything before the installation.
Can you guys take a look and let me know if it appears the installers did a bad job installing them, or if I’m just overthinking it?
I can see the nails/screw heads when the sunlight hits the shutters, and there are also some areas that look uneven when the sunlight hits them at certain angles.
I already contacted the distributor, and they said they would forward my concerns to the installers.
Do you guys think this looks like a poor installation, or is this something that’s fairly normal with these types of shutters?

PowerView hub and documentation

Considering Hunter Douglas? We bought shades for 9 windows five years ago. Last summer, three of them refused to go up or down. Warranty? Yes. sorta. Our local dealer (who sold them to us) fixed them and charged $45 EACH for "paperwork." Yes, indeed, they had to send the warranty information to Chicago so they could get reimbursed. (I guess they pay their office person a pretty darn good salary as it must have taken 15 minutes each to do this.) And the reason for the problem? We didn't move them up and down often enough so they "froze." So it was our fault. Second issue: had to get a new router and after 90 minutes of work I have been unable to reconnect the hub to our wifi. We like the functionality of the "PowerView" - works well 95% of the time. But the documentation on the web does not match what the app does and there is no way that I can figure out to reset the wifi. And I filled out the customer support form on the web and it is refusing to submit it because two fields (which I have filled in) are detected as blank. I'm not a happy camper right now.

Hunter Douglas Aria Soft Blinds

Has anyone used Hunter Douglas Aria Soft Blinds? How do you like it so far?

This is a new product they rolled out just last year. It combines the adjustable light control of horizontal blinds with the soft, elegant look of fabric shades.

I am intrigued especially they have some promotion coming up but I don’t see any online reviews about Aria soft blinds so want to ask here.

Barrel size of battery wand cable?

I’m trying to install the HD solar panel and need to get the battery wand closer to the panel, which means I need to get an extension cable. Does anyone know the barrel size? To clarify, the size of the barrel that connects the wand holder to the shade, not the barrel size of the solar panel plug.
