What shift is better am or night

I work the am preloader shift and they keep having me do 5 truck slip, and scan work 6 days a week and we working about 6 hours a day.. my question is I thinking about switching to twlight night shift, what shift is better?

Perloader looking for any tips or tricks

I'm a preloader been working since November had no issues until recently the system is getting address on the sticker doesn't match sometimes so it makes me have misloads corporate came in and writing everybody up this is my first time been written up for any advice
