What is the most cost-effective EOR for global hiring across multiple countries?

My company has been expanding recently and we'd like to start hiring in other countries (US based). We've never done this before so I'm wondering how other companies evaluate EOR pricing when hiring across multiple countries? I'm not just looking for the lowest price, I could find that on my own. I want to know what companies actually get for the price, especially when it comes to compliance and payroll. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

Looking for easy morning skincare routines that actually work?

So, I’m not really a morning person and would rather sleep in as long as possible before class than spend an hour doing a skincare routine and full face of makeup. I’d love to know what others are doing for a quick morning skincare routine. Ideally something low effort. I’m happy to take more time with my night routine, but I can’t bring myself to do too much in the morning. I’m in my early twenties and my skin is combo, not overly dry or oily and rarely deal with breakouts. Mostly want to protect my skin barrier and prevent premature aging from pollution and free radicals, I work and spend a lot of time outdoors.

Below is my current routine, any recs for how I can simplify, combine, reduce, etc?

-Avocado Cleanser and sometimes Papaya Cleansing Balm if I slept in my makeup 🫣 -Cloudberry Toner or Beauty of Joseon Milky Toner (not on the same day, I alternate for no real reason, just because)

-Prickly Pear Serum -Watermelon Pink Juice Moisturizer -Biore Watery Essence SPF, retouch with Glow’s SPF stick most days

Extras:

Mist: I alternate between the Ultra fine Watermelon Mist and the Aestura Cream mist, and I spritz probably 5 or 6 times a day. Makeup: Kosas BB Cream most days, Glow Recipe blush on the cheeks.

What does everyone’s morning routine look like? Bonus if you have any amazing BB creams or sunscreen recs please!

I have sensitive, combo skin, will using glow recipe cause more breakouts?

I went a little crazy at kohls last month and bought like 6 new skincare products, all different brands mostly serums and 2 toners, which I have been rotating. Within like 2 weeks I started breaking out.

I'm trying to figure out if one specific product is the problem, if I'm exfoliating too much, or if it's just because I introduced too many products at once. I don't typically have this problem, and my skin usually isn't that sensitive.

I don't know a lot about skincare, so I'm not sure how to figure out which product is causing the breakouts without stopping everything. Any advice is appreciated!!
