I'm in a sticky position currently. I opted for early onboarding and failed it, yesterday I got my primers initiation.

Now the thing is I'm currently in the training phase in a similar mnc, and have got like 20 days till my training gets completed, if I resign during the training there's going to be no notice period. But post training 90 days of notice period will be applicable.

Should I take a bet and resign now? When is the probability of getting onboarded for people who opted for early and failed it.

IS THE STREAM TRAINING GOING TO BE OFFLINE AND PAID? (I'm from offcampus)
