SpeedX left my package OUTSIDE in nyc at 5am
Obviously I was sleeping at 5am, as soon as I woke up I checked my phone and saw this, ran downstairs and it was obviously already gone. This has NEVER happened to me in all the years I’ve lived here. If they can’t get into the building they are supposed to leave a note and try again tomorrow. HE KNEW IT WAS GOING TO GET STOLEN!!! It was 5am!! I’m just so mad and I have no idea what to do.
update! tiktok shop customer service actually immediately gave me a full refund. of course no response from speedx lol. wish they would go out of business so i can use tiktok shop again
