Didn’t even plan to buy the bike today, I was looking to trade in my 2025 KLX300SM that I got 4 months ago but they only wanted to give me $3,500 for it which would be me taking a $2,500 loss on it in 4 months. They asked if I wanted to look at financing without the trade in and next thing I know I’m getting the keys. Have ridden a few dirtbikes but this will be my first street bike. 2026 ZX6R ABS, $12,000 otd. Now I have two bikes lol. At least it will keep my mind busy. Any tips and pointers welcome, thanks! I will take it slow while learning

Sell or Keep?

I (27 M) bought my house a little over two years ago in Missouri for $224,900 at 6.875%. I currently owe $210,000. It’s a big 4 bedroom 2 bath 2,100sq ft with a pool that could use some love. I originally bought it because I was engaged and have two children. It’s in a great neighborhood and I absolutely love the location. My fiancé ended up leaving me and I get my kids most weekends. I make 60k a year with no overtime. My payment is $1,900. I have no emergency fund. I owe $4,000 on credit cards because I got depressed when she left and stopped going to work for awhile and got behind. I can afford the house but that’s just about all I can do. I’ve sat and been a baby for a year and I’m ready to move forward with my life. So I’m wondering if I should sell and build something smaller with a shop that will give me a cheaper payment and allow me to buy toys and travel and do more stuff for and with my children. Or try to find a rental that wouldn’t necessarily be on a great side of town to save up some money for awhile. Or keep the house and just be house poor. It seems like every month something goes wrong that costs $1,000 and it’s just digging a hole that I’ll never get out of. House is currently estimated at $255-260k but I would probably need to put about $4-5k into it to make it acceptable because I have a wall torn out and some flooring needs replaced. I also have a fear in the back of my mind of getting hammered with child support as soon as I fall out of line lol. I’m sorry if this seems all over the place. Any advice is welcome, thanks everyone
