Strattera & insomnia

Hi! I started Strattera 18 mg two weeks ago, while already taking 30 mg Prozac for OCD. I’ve been taking it for two weeks and it has given me insomnia, the 20 mg hydroxyzine I was taking to sleep has stopped working so I slept maybe an hour last night. Strattera has already improved my ADHD symptoms a lot and has been really helpful and I would be hesitant to try another med since the pharmacist said I would be more sensitive to actual stimulants. Any tips to try to get through this and get some sleep until hopefully the insomnia goes away?

AITAH for resenting my husband for sleeping/not letting him sleep enough?

I (26F) and my husband (28M) have a five year old and a ten week old. When I got pregnant last year I told my husband I didn’t want to do it again unless he was going to help with nights. For context, the night we had our five year old daughter he slept in my hospital bed while I stayed up with the baby (she kept choking and turning purple and needed CPR) and would resent me for waking him up on night shifts for a month afterwards until she started sleeping through the night and i resented him in return for it.
He got three months paternity leave this time and would take 5 pm-11 pm so I could get some sleep and he would play his video games while the baby was sleeping and I would take 12 am until he wakes up (I have trouble going back to sleep). This didn’t bother me because I appreciated the long stretch to sleep. Selfishly, it bothered me when he would nap during the day because I began to feel really lonely during those long nights and during the day when I wanted to spend family time together.
Fast forward to now and he has returned to work. I am home with our ten week old and our five year old who hasn’t started kindergarten. The days are long because my daughter has autism/ADHD and struggles to play independently/ needs constant entertainment and if I decline to play, she struggles with feelings of rejection.
My husband works a physically exhausting job and his hours currently are 3-11 pm but will switch to 7-5 pm soon. Because of this I take nights. The other day he had a class from 12-3 and then worked 3-8. I asked him when he got home if he could help with nights since he didn’t work until 3 pm the next day. He said yes. When the baby woke up I attempted to wake him up and he wouldn’t wake up, which I’m used to because I have to wake him up each morning or he’ll sleep the whole day. I gave up and took the night. He napped the entire time I took my daughter to speech therapy and a play space so my daughter and I could get some one on one time.
I am beginning to feel resentful for how much he sleeps and isn’t present in the day to day. When he is awake, he is on his phone watching YouTube or reels and when it makes me upset, he says that he’s tired and worked a long day the day before. I feel like he is only ever sleeping, on his phone, or playing video games if not working and it feels incredibly lonely. When I wake him up around 8/9 each morning he takes 30 min to an hour to get out of bed and it’s making me resent him even more to take that much time out of my day to attempt to wake him up. He then becomes angry at the world for being woken up and makes me pretty upset because he takes it out on our daughter. Example, the other morning he shamed our daughter for having an accident. (She’s regressing after baby brother was born and struggling). Waking him up makes him an angry dad and that’s not something I want my daughter to live with. AITH for waking him up/not letting him get enough sleep and resenting him for it?
