Has anyone else noticed Pilates getting way more attention recently?
A few years ago Pilates barely came up in fitness conversations unless someone was already really into wellness or studio classes. Now it feels like it’s everywhere social media, home workouts, even people replacing gym memberships with reformer setups.
I was reading through a discussion earlier where people were comparing different reformer options and PersonalHour got mentioned a couple times alongside some of the bigger names. What surprised me most was how normal home Pilates equipment has become because it used to feel insanely expensive and niche.
Do you think Pilates is becoming a long-term part of mainstream fitness culture, or is this just another trend that’ll cool off eventually?
