1–2 Working Days Apparently Means Weeks – My Headphone Zone Warranty Experience

I’m honestly very disappointed with my warranty experience with Headphone Zone.

My IEM developed a severe left-channel volume issue. I sent it for warranty, it was returned claiming to be repaired, but the exact same issue remained. I sent it back again, and Headphone Zone then confirmed that the unit was defective and said they would send a working replacement within 1–2 working days.

That deadline passed, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still didn't receive a proper update. I even received a response from a Headphone Zone representative here on Reddit saying they would get me an update by the next day, but I still haven't received one.

I understand that delays can happen, but repeatedly asking a customer to wait without providing a clear status is extremely frustrating.

Warranty Case: WCID: TAN4276RBU1

Order: 996820

At this point, I just want a clear answer: Is my replacement actually being dispatched? If there is a problem, please tell me directly instead of continuing to delay the case.

Mind-blowing Service of Headphone zone

My warranty experience with Headphone Zone — order #996820

Bought my IEMs from Headphone Zone in April. The left earpiece suddenly developed extremely low volume, despite the IEMs having no physical damage and being properly cleaned.

I raised a warranty claim (WCID: TAN4276RBU1) and shipped the IEMs as instructed. The parcel was delivered to Headphone Zone on 14 July, but initially they told me they hadn't received it. I had to provide courier proof/photos showing their receiving stamp before the issue was acknowledged.

After waiting, they eventually returned the IEMs saying they had fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the exact same left-channel volume problem was still there.

I contacted them again and had to ship the IEMs back for a second time. They then inspected them and, on 10 August, explicitly confirmed that the unit was defective and said they would send me a working replacement within 1–2 working days.

That didn't happen. After following up, I was told to wait another 2–3 days because they were "evaluating" the case—even though they had already confirmed in writing that the unit was defective and that a replacement would be sent.

It's now 17 August, and I'm still waiting for a proper resolution or even a clear explanation of what's causing the delay.

I've spent weeks dealing with shipping, waiting, a failed repair, shipping it again, and repeatedly following up. My biggest frustration isn't even the delay anymore—it's the lack of clear communication. If there is a problem with providing the replacement, just tell me directly instead of repeatedly asking me to wait.

This is my experience so far with Headphone Zone's warranty service.
