Please share your Signatera experience

Any triple-positive breast cancer patients here using Signatera? I’m considering starting it soon( completed active treatment in April and on anastrozole for over a year) and would love to hear your experiences. What prompted you to start, has it been helpful, how often do you test, and does your oncologist support it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Has anyone had a similar experience with imaging after lumpectomy and radiation?

Hi friends, I had a lumpectomy and radiation last year(and also TCHP, Kadcyla, and then Herceptin+Perjeta).I was diagnosed in Nov '24, completed active treatment in April of this year, and have been on anastrozole for over a year. My February diagnostic mammogram showed postoperative changes that were considered probably benign, so they recommended another mammogram in 6 months.

Last week, that mammogram showed a new/different area of asymmetry near the surgical clip, so they asked me to come back for an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed some small areas that looked like postoperative scar tissue (largest 7 mm) in the same area, and no concerning lymph nodes. However, the radiologist still couldn't be sure that the mammogram changes were just scar tissue, so they classified it as BI-RADS 4 and is recommending a biopsy.

Has anyone had something similar where scar tissue after lumpectomy/radiation changed over time and ended up needing a biopsy? What was the outcome? And did you continue to have these kinds of imaging scares afterward?

I'd really appreciate hearing about others' experiences. ❤️
