FOCUSRITE 2I2 3RD GEN CRACKLING SOUND FIX!!

I have the 2i2 3rd gen. i encountered this problem a week ago. Scrolling in fl studio or launching certain games i encountered this crackling sound that genuinely pissed me off, even recording gameplay footage (GTA V) affected the mic recording.
The odd thing was something that seemed to have help lower the crackling sound a lot was setting the sample rate to 96Khz didn't matter the buffer size. But it wasn't not a permanent fix for me because i don't want to use 96khz all the time.
I chose to use the windows 7 drivers and currently running Win 11 23H2.
So i may have have found a fix for it based on the link i found below

if you are skeptical running that software like how i was, basically do it manually with an app like system explorer and do what it says from the GitHub link.
- Search for "audiodg.exe"
- Set the process priority to HIGH and its core affinity to use only the CPU 2 (third CPU core / thread)
Make the changes permanent so when you boot up you don't have to do it all over again. system explorer barely consumes 20mbs of RAM so it wont bother you
Let me know how it goes for all of you because this fixed it for me (FOR NOW) hopefully it will be a permanent fix
