Looking for replacement roommate

Hi we are looking for someone who wants to join our student house and join us for random activities around Manchester City and be mates with.

The accommodation is in Levenshulme and it has a lot of shops and essentials in the area.

And it also has a lot of things in the house that are genuinely lifesaving like a dishwasher, Washer and dryer along with 2 and a half bathrooms.

Finally it’s 749 pm and includes all things in the rent and it also can be changed to weekly if you wanted.

Help with Mental and Moodle

Hey I’m currently a level 4 student whose seeking help.

So basically I submitted my coursework to Moodle on the 3rd and I’m wondering if there’s a standard deadline on when tutors have to reveal their graded results.

The reason I ask this is because I need someone to take my place in my accommodation if I’ve failed and even though I put elbow grease into my coursework I feel like it’s not good enough and I’m just simply panicking now with the responsibility of accommodation contracts and financial obligations to fill if I have not passed.
